PRIDE ticket: When students are caught being good they receive a PRIDE ticket to go in a drawing that takes place at our PRIDE assemblies. They can receive tickets for great behavior, helping others, etc... There are also drawings each week where one student from each class is chosen for a classroom reward. Rewards include options such as bring a stuffed animal to school, sit in the principals chair for an hour, free homework pass, etc.
*New this year: PRIDE tickets will be drawn in the classroom prior to them being collected for the weekly school drawing. Students chosen at this time will earn a classroom reward.
*If a student is to be recognized for a P.R.I.D.E. award, those given out at each PRIDE assembly, parents are notified individually either by email or letter. An overall general notice is relayed to parents regarding perfect attendance. These awards are given four times, once for each marking period.
Fourth grade gives out PRIDE awards to honor academics and leadership skills.
